Quick Brady update

Hi everyone!

Just a quick Brady update for you all. Yesterday he had his 4 month appointment. It went fantastic. Brady is now 15 pounds 2 ounces (50th percentile) and 25 1/4 inches long (56 percentile). His Daddy always says he has a big melon and I always said he was crazy! But Brady's head circumference is 43 inches which is in the 75th percentile! He just must be extra smart :) The doctor said he is doing great and that he is extremely strong for a little boy his age.

Brady did get his 2nd round of immunizations. But unlike his 2 month shots, we went in there prepared. We gave him some Tylenol before hand, and knew that he probably wouldn't react very well to them. Brady did ok this time. He fell asleep on the way home and when he woke up he was extremely mad and upset. Daddy was able to get him to take some milk (last time he refused to eat) and he fell back asleep after about an hour. He slept for over 5 hours! That's a long nap! Mommy was back home from work by the time he woke up again. This time he was back to normal(happy and smiley) but he only stayed awake for about an hour and a half and then he was fast sleep for the night at 7:30pm.

He woke up at 6:15 am this morning, ate, played with Daddy a little, and was back to sleep at 7:15am. So it looks like he is sleeping this round of shots off. This is a great thing. We hate to see him so upset. Hopefully his 6 month shots go this smoothly also.
